My Role
As the lead Product Designer, I was responsible for executing the UI redesign, refining existing assets, and ensuring a cohesive, polished experience across the platform.
The Challenge
From Mars, a digital health clinic for men, had a bold and high-impact brand identity. However, its website UI needed a more timeless, refined look while maintaining brand strength. The goal was to redesign key flows and pages without altering the overall experience, ensuring a seamless transition to a more sophisticated and enduring aesthetic.

The Journey
1. Understanding the Landscape
Goal: Assess the existing UI, identify inconsistencies, and establish a foundation for a more refined aesthetic.
Actions:
Conducted a full UI audit of all pages and assets.
Analyzed existing design patterns to determine areas for improvement.
2. Competitor Research
Goal: Understand industry trends and identify key design principles for a sophisticated, lasting UI.
Actions:
Conducted extensive competitor analysis to find commonalities and industry benchmarks.
Identified elements that could be improved to enhance user perception and engagement.
3. Executing the Redesign
Goal: Implement a refined, timeless UI while maintaining the brand’s strong identity.
Actions:
Redesigned the landing page, category pages, PDPs, consultation flow, and checkout process.
Iterated on existing brand assets to align with the new aesthetic.
Maintained consistency across all touchpoints while refining hierarchy and usability.
